This policy explains how cancellations, credits and refunds work for our game development projects — professional, scoped services.
1. Nature of the service
Game development is delivered to order. Because each project reserves specialist developer time and produces bespoke code and assets for a single client, completed work cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can. The clauses below set out fair alternatives.
2. Before a project begins
If you cancel before development has started, any advance payment is fully refundable, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (for example licenses, store fees or assets) already purchased on your behalf.
3. During a project
Projects are billed by milestone. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for the milestone in progress and the developer time reserved up to the cancellation date; any remaining prepaid balance is refunded. All completed milestones and their source and assets are handed over to you.
4. Quality & revisions
If a delivered milestone does not meet the agreed written scope, we will fix or complete the affected work at no extra cost within the agreed revision window. Revisions of the agreed scope are your primary remedy.
