When you submit the contact form we collect the name, phone, email, a short summary of what you need and any message you provide. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, scope projects, prepare quotations and deliver the game development services you request. Enquiry information is stored in our private admin system.
3. Project materials
Designs, builds, assets and source code produced or shared during a project are held in strict confidence, shared only with the people working on your project, and — where an NDA applies — handled according to its terms.
4. Cookies
The public site uses only a local browser preference for language and theme (stored in your browser, not on our servers). The admin area uses a single strictly-necessary session cookie.
5. Data retention & security
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to serve you and meet record-keeping obligations. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. Admin passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted by contacting us using the details on our homepage.
